  1. You guys need to up the ladders Man U are missing the whole mine . Man you guys have to make part 3 so you guys can climb up ladders I did a year ago and with 10 dude the ladders are strong then when u get up there you minds will be blowen…

  2. The water levels are way down from the past two years. You can go check out the documentation I did on desoto in my videos. A lot of what you saw has been under water for some time. Oh and I only know two guys who had the jumbos to climb that latter up that upper stope!

  3. About 24 years ago I went to crown king, That was the most washboard road I have ever been on, I bent 3 rims & broke both taillight bulbs, & I took it easy on the washboard part. Never again will I go there.

  4. Gly and Laura, thank you for such great content. I really enjoy your exploration. I'm only a novice and have only explored few mines in CO. It really is an experience watching your in depth videos. Happy 2024. 😊

  5. Wow that's some impressive stopes Gly. I love the fast foward music, who is that by please?
Happy new year to you and Laura and thanks for doing what you do .

  6. When you did the fast forward, it would be interesting to know what the minerals or types of rocks were in the bluish strata about waist-high, and the darker brownish below. Or was this just an effect of the camera lighting?

  7. Gly and Laura Happy New Year ! Although an open public mine site still an awesome awesome place. Some of your footage makes me nervous 😱 looking into the abyss’s ! But like always a great video/ documentary! Can’t wait till next weekend! As always be safe out there ! 🙂👍🏻🎊

  8. Laura, you did an awesome job with the dialogue and thank you Gly for giving her a chance to do a little segment for us. This is an impressive mine for sure. It’s absolutely amazing the amount of work that went into this mine. I’ve never been through this mine personally but it is one I would like to see in person. Looking forward to seeing the next episode. Thanks for giving us another intriguing show

  9. Make sure you have H2S. The pits are known to collect it under the right weather. The French Lily is also well known to the local explorers for possible H2S right at the base of the incline. Very nearly lost two people in that mine.

  10. Oh yeah! you went back to using your previous "intro" music. That "intro" always gives a viewer a sense of some excitment & suspense, coming up. As you're climbing on ea. pile within the stopes, the soil has a yellow tinge to it or is it that be cause of the light of your camera? (looks like alot of Sulfur in the soil.) Breathing that in, if that would be Sulfur, is a health hazard. At 21:17, those edges did look like a "slippery slope". It made me uneasy for you two. Laura looks "sure footed" but I am anxious for her & YOU! Stay away from those edges of ore passes & stope openings!! At 34:44, eek! watch out Laura! thats another slope!! That was a spectacular mine! LOTS of work was done by "no fear" miners, in the day. Thanks for showing us this "explore".

  11. Nice explore Gly and Laura. Congrats Laura, nice segment on the trash adit, you are now officially a Youtuber

Take care and stay safe Y'all! Best wishes toward the New Year🍻cheers.

  12. Beautiful copper flow stone minerals dripping back down thru the host rock really tells you how much copper was available in this mine! Just amazing! Thanks Gly for taking us on this mine adventure, and Happy New Year!!!

  13. Sorry Gly do to the fact that my channel is lacking more subscribers I had to unsubscribe from your channel. But I didn't like doing it but knowning that there is a good chance that my channel could die and me having to leave You Tube for good even though I wouldn't want to.

  14. Thank you so much for today's adventure. I had so much fun watching you and Laura go through the mine. Wishing I was with you but in spirit I was GOD bless both of you and your love ones. Thanks for getting my mind off everything else that is going on in this world.
