What are your thoughts on the proposed consolidation of share capital by paladin energy ?
i feel like the money mining team aren’t very fond of the uranium thesis nor a lot of individual companies. i’ve gathered that much by all the uranium interviews over the past few months. which it’s reasonable to have skepticism when looking at all things considered
in my opinion this market is different to most if not all other commodity markets and i think the outcome of the sector will shock everyone to the upside. it’s a sector that is seriously underrated by the majority
if the supply deficit is an issue that really cannot be solved in the short or medium term with increasing demand out pacing supply. i think the methods/terms on contracting material could shock us all.
although to my knowledge i don’t know of companies using material contracting to help secure debt/ financing of projects. my guess if things can really bad is this could be an option.
