Need help to Network Configuration on Switch and ESXI host

I have a Dell T7500 Workstation with a single 1G LAN Port. and I installed ESXi 6.5 on it. Also, I have a TP-Link T1600G-28PS 24 port managed switch. My host network is [10.10.10.0](https://10.10.10.0) and ESXi host IP is [10.10.10.50](https://10.10.10.50) & switch managed by [10.10.10.100](https://10.10.10.100) IP. I have created 15 VMs on the ESXi host. Also, I have configured the 3 different VLANs on switch i.e. [10.10.20.0](https://10.10.20.0) VLAN 20(For VMs hosted on ESXi host) [10.10.30.0](https://10.10.30.0) VLAN 30(For WIFI Client), [10.10.40.0](https://10.10.40.0) VLAN 40(for Guest Network).

[VLAN 10 ([10.10.10.0](https://10.10.10.0)) is created on the PFsense firewall. Using DHCP it is providing IPs to all management devices.]

But after assigning the VLAN 20 and it’s IP to the VMs hosted on ESXi host. I am not able to ping Gateway. please suggest to me what type of change I need to do on ESXI and switch.

  1. Is your switch capable of performing routing for all the vlans ? If not, you will need to setup a trunk port/sub interfaces from the switch to the router. With that said, you won’t be able to router traffic unless your meet this conditions. The last option is to have a dedicated port for each vlan on the router/firewall.
