Be careful we are accessing BIOS settings make sure you don’t change any other settings in BIOS.
Follow these easy steps to fix this issue
1) Click on start
2) Click on power option
3) Click on shut down
4) Now turn on your pc
5) press your bios key repeatedly
(simple google search will let you know your bios key)
6) Go to Configuration
7) Go to Virtualization technology
8) Select enabled
9) Press enter on your keyboard
10) select save changes and exit
11) Select yes

We are simply going to enable virtualization settings in BIOS to fix this issue. This error mostly appears on Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 desktop and mobile(laptops and tablets) processors. Most amd motherboards come with settings disabled by default. This problem appears when your run virtualization software like VirtualBox or VMware Workstation(vmware 16). This amd disabled error appears because these virtualization softwares need virtualization settings enabled on your computer. To fix amd v is disabled in the bios virtualbox, amd v is disabled vmware errors we need to access BIOS settings.
