This is Windows 7 Build 6519 in VMware Workstation Pro. This is a Milestone 1 build which was compiled on 2007-12-20 and expires on 2008-05-07.

How I got this to work:
Set VMware Workstation Pro backwards compatibility to version 10.0.
CPU cores: 2
RAM: 2 GB
All other settings should be default
For video drivers, use the VMware Workstation 11.0 WDDM driver
